Ortho Time

I called an Ortho today as I am really worried about the race. He said it is most likely my IT band. I got some patches to put on it 24 hours a day until the race. Not sure if it is helping, but I am trying. Unfortunately, after the samples, the pharmacy said it would be $408. The doctor had given me a $30 coupon, but $378 still seemed a tad high. I got a partial fill and decided to go from there. Please knee, please....
