We loved the wall and had to take a picture. The doctor said 4 more weeks of no running, jumping, tumbling. Bummer.
I am so proud of myself. I got up this morning and started the week 3 part of the couch 2 5k program. In this one, you jog for 90 seconds, walk for 90 seconds, jog for 3 minutes, walk for 3 minutes, and then repeat. I know for some of you, this is no big deal. For me, the former smoking fiend, this is a huge deal. I was so proud because I actually think I could have kept going and doing it a few more times. I am going to go again tomorrow morning. I will let you know how it goes. For anyone thinking about the couch to 5k program, it ROCKS!
